Jordan, it is a privilege to get this information in my email. You make me smarter and I love the video's . I appreciate you doing this. I too am nervous, and my hands will be wet prior to kick off. We have to have a really good start. Having 10 grand red people, is a good one for sure. The attitude is different, and so is the QB position. We are either going to appreciate AM2, or I believe we are glad he moved on. The kid had so many turnovers. Throw in the new coaches, special teams emphasis. I like the odds. Go Big RED.
Thanks, Bill. I think we're gonna miss some of 2AM's athleticism and playmaking, especially in the running game and in covering for the Oline. But I think Thompson will probably have a better handle on quick game passing stuff and do a better job of keeping the offense on schedule so that we don't need as many of the big plays. I'm also nervous it could just take a quarter or two for things to gel. We'll see!
Love it Jordan. Always prefer attempts at objective analysis vs whatever it is that shows up in the OWH or LJS or the clown car convoy of independent media/forum based surrounding college FB. For being a fan my whole life, it’s shocking what little I know about the games nuts & bolts, from formations to tendencies, etc. Really hampers the ability to understand what’s going on—glad to see you adding success rate, the PFF / Feldman influence represents effort to cut through fog & get to reality.
Yours is one of my favorite Nebraska newsletters, Jordan! Very informative with great insights and explanations accompanied by game video examples. The new logo looks very nice and definitely captures the Nebraska script vibe. Your plans for the new season are spot on! I'll admit, sometimes the stats just gloss my eyes over but I do like understanding trends and success. Please continue to breakdown plays and explain the different offensive and defensive concepts. Thanks! And keep up the great work!
The stats definitely make my eyes gloss over at times, too, so I'll do my best to keep them to what I think is impactful/telling us something about the team. The videos and explainers aren't going anywhere either. GBR!
Jordan, why does this keep happening? Was the turning point the onside kick call? We keep hearing the O-line is coming off the ball, puking, monitors on them, and then this? Is it mental at this point. Do they get to a certain point in the game and it starts again? Confused big time.
Appreciate all of your breakdowns and insights into the game. Definitely fun to have a look from the tape perspective instead of staring at stats after a game. You've definitely helped increase my football knowledge and have me looking forward to these each week!
Man I appreciate you taking the time to put this info together. I look forward to receiving these emails from you! Thanks! Go Big Red!
Thanks for subscribing Ross! Beat Northwestern!

Thank you! I hope everyone comes away with something from this, including myself
